UH5 truck-mounted drilling rig has a complicated structure.
Now the main components are introduced:
a) Chassis:
Purchased Sanjiang Aerospace's special oilfield-specific chassis, National IV emission standard,
unilateral cab, 10x8 drive, strong mobility, in addition to its own fuel tank for the chassis, it is also
equipped with a 1000L fuel tank for the engine.
b)
Top-loading engine: In addition to its own chassis engine, the UH5 truck-mounted drilling rig is also
equipped with a Chongqing Cummins QSK19-C760 top-loading engine for power output at work,
with power up to 567KW fully meeting the power requirements.
c) Hydraulic oil tank:
The UH5 truck-mounted drilling rig is basically fully hydraulically controlled, and the 1600L
(effective practical volume 1300L) hydraulic oil tank can fully meet the hydraulic oil use
requirements of the entire machine.
d) Mast bracket:
Many functional components designed independently. The mast must fall down when the vehicle is
transported, and the bracket plays a supporting role. There are also two brackets on the bracket
that can adjust the front and rear distance of the mast. The rectangular frame in front of the bracket
is used for Place back pulling ropes and rigging.
e) Outriggers:
For safety and stability considerations, the UH5 truck-mounted rig is designed with three types of
outriggers: the front and rear outriggers of the vehicle, four, which are mainly to support the vehicle;
the hydraulic outriggers below the mast, one to the left and one to support Mast function; the two
mechanical legs attached to the left and right of the mast are auxiliary hydraulic legs, which can

h) Unloading rod mechanism:
It is mainly composed of two parts: dynamic clamp and static clamp. When unloading the drill rod,

Driven by hydraulic winch, it can lift and change the drill rod tool, and can also hoist some other

UH5 truck-mounted drilling rigs have three types of structures. Wire ropes are used: lifting the wire
rope to lift the power head, with a diameter of 44mm; pressurized wire rope to provide pressure to

k) Mast:
The mast is the main structure of the truck-mounted drilling rig. The UH5 truck-mounted drilling rig
uses a telescopic structure, which consists of a fixed mast and a telescopic mast. The telescoping
mast is driven by two main oil cylinders to slide relative to the fixed mast through a crane pulley, a
slide rail, and has a compact and compact structure. The top of the telescoping mast is a hanging
anchor frame with pulleys inside. The wire rope is pulled around one end of the pulley to connect
the power head and one end is fixed to the fixed mast. When the telescoping mast rises and lifts
power, this structure is equivalent to a movable sheave, so that the power head travels. Bigger.
l) Power head:
The power head is an important part of the truck-mounted drilling rig. The power head uses a
first-stage gear transmission with a reduction ratio of 3.68:

There is a large-hole mandrel in the middle of the low-speed shaft. The upper mouth of the mandrel
can be connected with concrete. The hose interface of the pouring equipment is connected for
pouring concrete, and the lower mouth of the mandrel is connected to the drill pipe and the drill bit
through a flange. The high speed shaft is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor. Special attention
should be paid to the use of lubricating oil for the power head in strict accordance with the
requirements. In the winter, a lubricant with a low viscosity should be used. When the host starts, it
should be cycled for 10-20 minutes until the oil temperature rises before drilling normally. In
summer, the viscosity should be selected. High lubricating oil. Excessive oil temperature will cause
insufficient cooling of the gear bearings, resulting in increased gear bearing wear and shortening
the service life of the rig. Periodically check the fluid level of the power head tank. Too low a level
will cause insufficient lubrication and cooling of the gears and bearings, increase wear and shorten
the life of the rig. At this time, the power head should be replenished with lubricant. Too high oil level
will excessively stir the lubricating oil during the use of the rig, which will cause the temperature of
the lubricating oil to be too high, reduce the performance index of the lubricating oil, shorten the life
of the lubricating oil, and increase power loss. Therefore, the oil level of the gear lubricating oil
should be controlled, and the oil level should be controlled near 1/2 of the level gauge when the rig
stops working.
