General technical requirements
1.1 The drilling rig is designed and manufactured based on the principle of "advanced performance, reliable operation, safety, convenient transportation, economical operation and practicality " and meets HSE requirements. The performance and manufacturing quality of the whole machine have reached the level of similar domestic drilling rigs.
1.2 The technical performance and parameters of the drilling rig are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 23505-2009 "Petroleum Drilling Rig and Workover Rig " and related standards. The main components (derrick, base, winch-related parts, traveling block, big hook, overhead block, faucet, turntable, mud pump-related parts, etc.) comply with API specifications and are marked with API; the degree of automation is high; and the requirements of the international drilling market are met.
1.3 It complies with HSE specifications and has high adaptability in explosion-proof, leakage-proof, corrosion-proof (paint), moisture-proof, high temperature resistance, cold resistance and sand resistance.
1.4 The drilling rig supporting parts are domestically advanced, reliable and mature products.
1.5 It can work normally under the condition of ambient temperature -20℃--+50℃ and humidity ≤90% (at +20℃). The whole drilling rig has the performance of explosion-proof, leakage-proof, corrosion-proof, moisture-proof and high temperature resistance.
1.6 The overall layout of the drilling rig is reasonable and the degree of modularization is high, which meets the requirements of hoisting, railway and road transportation.
1.7 All instruments supporting the drilling rig are in metric and imperial systems (such as MPa, Psi); the nameplates of the equipment and accessories are in Chinese and English; the products have hoisting marks and safety marks.
1.8 The drilling rig is a combination of imported and domestically manufactured components, that is, mature and reliable components are manufactured domestically, and key components that cannot currently meet the performance and requirements of the complete machine are imported from abroad. At the same time, it is responsible for the final assembly, the design quality, manufacturing quality, quality of outsourced parts, assembly quality, interface quality and complete machine performance of the drilling rig.
1.9 Mechatronic design, good human-machine interface.
1.10 An interface for installing the top drive device is reserved at relevant locations .
1.11 The electrical system of the well site complies with relevant international standards;
1.12 Reliable joints are used at the oil pipe joints of the liquid and gas systems; the ball valves are made of stainless steel;
1.13 The design, manufacture, assembly, inspection and testing of drilling rigs shall comply with the relevant provisions of the latest versions of the following standards:

Overall plan and main features
1. The drilling rig adopts advanced AC variable frequency full digital control technology. The drilling rig uses three CAT3512B /SR4B 1900kVA diesel generator sets as the main power. The 600V 50Hz AC power generated drives the variable frequency motors of the drawworks, drilling pump and turntable through the variable frequency control system (VFD). The drawworks are driven by two 600kW rated power variable frequency motors. After being decelerated by the two-stage second-speed helical gearbox, they drive the single drum. The automatic drill is driven by a 45 kW 400V variable frequency motor. The drawworks brake adopts hydraulic disc brake (air cooling) and motor energy consumption brake. The turntable adopts an independent drive mode, which is driven by a 600kW variable frequency motor through a second-speed chain reduction box and then driven by a universal shaft. The two mud pumps are each driven by a 1200kW variable frequency motor.
* The derrick is front-opening, and the size of the derrick is reserved for the installation of the top drive; the base is a rotary structure. It is lifted into place by the power of the winch.
* Using advanced AC frequency conversion technology, the entire control system is fully digital control, and the intelligent driller control of the drilling rig is realized through the integrated design of electric drive system PLC, touch screen, gas, electricity, hydraulic and drilling instrument parameters.
* The frequency conversion unit adopts imported full digital vector control AC frequency conversion speed regulation device to realize four-quadrant control of winch motor.
* The drilling rig air control adopts the German intelligent valve island system, which realizes the integrated logic control of gas, electricity and hydraulic with the PLC logic program.
* Winch automation control system: PLC collects the operating parameters of the main motor and the drum speed and other signals through the bus, can determine the working condition of the traveling block, calculate the traveling block position, hanging weight, speed, and send control signals through the industrial computer (IPC) digital program to make the main motor control the drum at the set speed, realize the whole process control of the winch drilling, reasonable use of power and improvement of working time efficiency. It also has the functions of preventing drilling jams, hook load setting and locking when drilling.
* Turntable control system: The operating parameters of the turntable motor are collected through the frequency converter and PLC via the bus, and the turntable speed and torque are calculated and displayed on the display screen. The PLC can set the turntable torque through programming, control the operating parameters of the motor, and make the torque work dynamically within the set range. When an abnormal situation occurs (when the torque exceeds the maximum set value), the PLC controls the motor to stop and realize overload protection.
* Drilling pump control system: collects the operating parameters of the pump motor through the frequency converter and PLC via the bus, controls the pump pressure, and calculates and displays the pump stroke.
*Power monitoring system: PLC collects the online frequency, voltage, current of each generator set through the bus; data such as generator operation, grid connection, grounding fault, operating time, etc., and sends them to the remote driller's console to provide reference for the driller's operation, and is stored in the upper industrial computer IPC.
2. The drilling rig is driven by a wide-band AC variable frequency motor, and the PLC control is used to fully realize stepless speed regulation of the winch, turntable and mud pump.
3. The winch adopts single drum gear transmission, two-speed stepless speed regulation, the main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake , the auxiliary brake is motor energy consumption brake , and the braking torque can be quantitatively and positionally controlled by computer.
The winch is equipped with an independent drill feeding device, which uses computer automatic drill feeding technology to realize automatic drill feeding and real-time monitoring of the drilling and drilling conditions. This device plays an emergency role and can move the drill tool when the main motor fails.
4. The traveling block position control system has the function of preventing "upward collision and downward smashing". Through the encoder signal of the winch drum shaft, it is compared with the pre-set traveling block position. When the traveling block reaches the upward collision and downward smashing position, it can automatically realize the soft stop control of alarm-deceleration-braking according to the program.
5. Implement HSE and humanized design:
* When the electric drive control system, main motor, independent drilling system and drawworks reduction box lubrication system fail, the main brake can be automatically controlled. The driller's platform is equipped with emergency opening and closing electronic control and diesel engine switch.
* Mud recovery system: Mud diversion troughs and recovery umbrellas are designed under the drilling platform to prevent mud, oil, water and other pollutants from falling to the ground.
* Equipment that is higher than the height of a human body is equipped with safety chains and other measures to prevent falling.
* Safety operating platforms are provided at all high-altitude operating positions.
* Ensure that the derrick and table equipment (independent drive device of the turntable), facilities, side rooms, etc. are all installed at low positions.
* Equipped with a buffer cylinder for derrick lifting.
